Tshepo Motshegoa is currently the Group Chief Information Officer at 3Sixty Financial Services Group. He has 15+ years of expertise in the telecommunications, software development, healthcare and government sectors.Previously he has worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at BellSouth where he was based in Atlanta, USA and Bangalore, India. Locally he worked on thePowerBill project at MTN and during his time at Accenture, was part of the team that launched Virgin Mobile SA in conjunction with Cell C in 2006. Tshepo was the Business Intelligence lead at Vodacom Business for 8 years where he established the teams and operated the BI platforms. Prior to joining 3Sixty Financial Services Group he had been working as CIO at DV8 Technology Group where he oversaw the implementation and operations of MPLS VPN services for various Government institutions including national roll out of the National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS) IT network infrastructure.
Tshepo is an overall business and IT strategy enthusiast equipped with an MBL (UNISA SBL), a BSc Computer Science degree from the University of Pretoria, a post graduate certificate in CIO Professional Practice for IT Operations and Management from University of the Witwatersrand and a certificate in Business Process Execution Language Service Orchestration from Oracle University. Tshepo is associate member of various professional associations including the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa (IoDSA) and Institute of Charted IT Professionals (ICITP) SA.
